Freedom and Solidarity (SaS) - Bratislava, 2010

The text reads: "For future generations!". This SaS billboard appeared in the final week of the 2010 campaign, featuring leader Richard Sulík as a superman character (accompanied by the same animated sperm which appeared on an earlier campaign billboard). Clearly SaS are aiming to reach out to young voters with this non-traditional billboard, and it may have helped them to attract some of the 18 to 30 age range vote who otherwise would not have voted in the elections at all. Voter turnout is especially low among voters under the age of 25, who view politics as something smelly that should be avoided.
